During the summer we’re embarking on a tour of Pavilion design workshops taking place across Britain. The workshops are a combination of idea generation, sketching, model making, 3D CAD and 3D Printing.

KIDEVILLE project as part of a major exhibition at the V&A Museum in London - Power of Making. Kidesign workshops for children were run on weekends which resulted in a constantly growing city of ideas!
San Francisco, 2012
We created a special edition of Kideville Bay Area and ran workshops for kids at one of the world's largest creative tech events - Maker Faire in California.

Kidesign presented its new project - Isle of Kide at the world's biggest 3D Print event where over 15,000 visitors came to see the show during a weekend. On a specially organised education weekend, schoolchildren could participate in creating their own houses for the Isle of Kide.

Fixperts and Kidesign set a brief for students to identify problems with different products and create design solutions that would fix these and improve them. Eg. A bracelet that is also a wallet.

Fixperts and Kidesign ran a series of workshops with Jubilee primary students to "fix and improve" everyday objects, such as a broken pencil that also becomes a ruler and a toy.

Design in Marveland featured a collection of works by children and products by established designers for children. Kids could "buy" a plot of land in Kideville and design their dream house.
